Dr. Lei Chen obtained his PhD in Economics from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in July 2020. From November 2020 to December 2022, he conducted joint postdoctoral research with JD Group and the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Economic Statistics at the School of Statistics and Data Science, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, a member of the Institute for Statistics and Interdisciplinary Innovation, and a member of the Joint Laboratory of Data Science and Business Intelligence. His main research directions include artificial intelligence methods, spatiotemporal statistical analysis, and interdisciplinary research between big data and macroeconomics.
