From July 2nd to 3rd, 2025, the plenary session of the 14th committee of the All-China Youth Federation（ACYF） was held in Beijing. The session reviewed work reports, discussed and amended the ACYF Constitution, and elected the new leadership for the federation. Prof. Jinyuan Chang was elected as a member of the 14th Committee of All-China Youth Federation.
The All-China Youth Federation, founded on May 4, 1949, is one of the fundamental people’s organizations in China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. It is a united organization of various youth groups with the Communist Youth League of China as its core force, and serves as an extensive patriotic united front organization for young people of all ethnic groups and sectors across the nation.
