The 15th Committee of Sichuan Youth Federation consists of 717 members, representing outstanding young people from all ethnic groups and sectors across the province. Professor Chang Jinyuan was recommended and elected for the first time as the Standing Committee member and Director of the Social Science Circle of Sichuan Youth Federation.
Founded in 1953, the Sichuan Youth Federation is one of the people’s organizations in Sichuan Province under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. It is a united organization of various youth groups and youth associations with the Communist Youth League of China at its core. It serves as a broad patriotic united front organization for youth from all ethnic groups and sectors in the province and is a collective member of the All-China Youth Federation.
